While our other rental HOUSE accommodates children of any age, our rental apartment requires children to be 5 or older. Our rental house provides portable crib, high chair and umbrella stroller and rates are very similar to the apartment.
We operate under AK state business license and collect required city room tax (12%) required on all stays less than 30 nights.
